Exercise is a large asset to PTSD treatment. In a pinch, a HIIT of burpees has been helpful as a grounding practice for managing hypoarousal*. The most balanced mind-body connection that I experience comes from exercise. It's fuel in the tank. A.M. - The Get-up and Go
