Animal Crossing - A game on activity routine-building which gradually grows a community!
I talk about restructuring my routine based on presences related to time orientation, and I've talked about my realistic routine where everything seems to fall to crap.  What I wanted to share is my quick goals for the day
AM Routine
  • hydrate and walk
  • glance over the indoor and outdoor gardens
  • yoga, meditation, puja
  • eat and read
  • review daily goals
Daytime (roughly 9-5) Routine
  • daily affairs for errands, school, research, or work
  • end-of work day wrap-up
    • journaling
      • what was achieved?
      • what did I do well?
      • what do I need to continue developing?
      • do I need to set aside unstructured or structured time to finish something incomplete?
PM Routine
  • physical fitness
  • shower
  • other decompressing activities
Bedtime Routine
  • Snack
  • Oral Hygiene and Meds
  • Shut down the day
    • Set up essential oil diffuser (I use scent to signal safety for bedtime because I have nightmare disorder)
    • tidy spaces for a few minutes (I like tidying because it's largely autopilot mode for me)
    • update to-do list on my white board
    • set out clothes for tomorrow (I don't really need to do this anymore now that I've converted my closet and built a capsule wardrobe)
  • Read
  • Sleep
