Mood and Thinking.

Common moods experienced with PTSD include anxiety, sadness, anger, guilt, and shame.  Thoughts and physical sensations of some form subsume the action we endeavor upon.  With PTSD, it can be extremely challenging to identify exactly one is feeling which may require more time to process in order to self-regulate more effectively.
